Het is dan toch eindelijk zo ver. Voor morgenavond staat de Amsterdamse TWSTD dj contest op het programma. Het begint allemaal om 21:15 en het publiek mag mee stemmen over wie doorgaat naar de volgende ronde dus komt allen.

EDDY JORDAN's voorliefde voor elektronische muziek ontwikkelde zich op 13 jarige leeftijd toen hij in aanraking kwam met het album van Alexander Kowalski.
Al snel ging al zijn zakgeld op aan detroit georiënteerde platen en liep hij nachtenlang op zijn kamer plaatjes te mixen. Dit wierp snel zijn vruchten af, hij draaide in ondere de Lichtfabriek, Bootleg cafe, Atlantis, en Decadance (belgie) en op Housequake en Indian Summer festival. Zijn muziekstijl kan het best omschreven worden als minimalistische funky techhouse met een blend van warme detroit techno.

And to our foreign readers: thanks for all the emails we've recieved from you over the last few months. I haven't gotten around to listening to all the demo's, mixtapes and tracks you've sent in but most of what I have heard was very good.
I really do enjoy your music but as you've seen', I'm not as active with the blog as I used to be so don't be too dissappointed if you're music doesn't make it through.
