Mars vs blaqstar

Most of you have heard of the Mars track by Fake Blood. Some of youmight have it in their Itunes libraries others will just notice when they hear it at a club. The release for this track was highly anticipated a while ago and everyone was anxiously awaiting. Some people were actually so impressed with the track that they posted the full quality track on the internet. I don't know, I'd be flattered but I can imagine beeing ticked off about not selling as many copies as I would've hoped for.
Just go see one of his shows to make up for it.

Well anyway, Andy George figured it was time to bring new life to the Mars track and decided to use it in one of his mashups. Good on you Andy, 'tis a fine mashup.

An entire week of inactivity is not something you will see often here on awkwardpirates. Sorry bout that.

Fact of the matter is I don't really have anything new to report on so instead this weeks WKND SNDTRCK will be an oldie but a goodie.

This track was released on Ed Bangers label some years ago but every now and then I still hear djs dropping it in their sets and for good reason.

Everyone has probably heard of Crookers' Lollypop by now but you might not have this mashup done by Andy George yet.

Right now Flexbar is the place to be at weekends. Last weekend none other then Bloody Beetroots were performing and Flexbar just keeps bringing the heat.. This weekend we'll be getting our groove on yet again at the front of the room rocking to those hefty beats Crookers supply. To cut a long story short; we've got another sweaty, jumpy, rocking weekend on our hands and we hope your weekend will be just as jam-packed as ours.
